Duet Sessions
Duet training sessions are designed for two individuals who want a more personalized fitness experience while still benefiting from the motivation and accountability of training together. Whether you’re working out with a friend, partner, sibling, or teammate, sessions are tailored to fit both participants’ fitness levels and goals.
Workouts may include strength training, circuit-style conditioning, mobility work, endurance exercises, core training, and functional movements to create a balanced and effective program. Duet training offers individualized coaching in a supportive and engaging environment.
Group Sessions
Group training sessions are designed to create a motivating, supportive, and high-energy environment where individuals of all fitness levels can work toward their goals together. These sessions combine effective workouts with accountability, community, and guidance to help participants stay consistent and challenged.
Workouts may incorporate circuit-style training, strength training, conditioning, cardio intervals, mobility work, functional movements, core exercises, and endurance-focused exercises to create a well-rounded fitness experience. Circuit training allows participants to move through a variety of exercises and stations that keep workouts engaging while improving strength, stamina, coordination, and overall fitness.
Strength and Conditioning Sessions For Dancers
Strength and conditoning is a type of cross-training that is done outside of regular dance classes. While dance develops technique and artistry, it focuses heavily on repetition, which can lead to muscle imbalances and joint stress. Cross-training builds the strength, stability, and endurance needed to support those skills safely by strengthening underused muscles, improving joint stability, enhancing core control, and building overall resilience.
Most importantly, cross-training plays a critical role in injury prevention. By creating balanced strength and better alignment, dancers reduce stress on vulnerable areas like the ankles, knees, hips, and lower back. This allows them to train more consistently, recover better, and perform with confidence. It supports not just short-term performance, but long-term health and longevity in dance.
